Saendelft is a suburban housing development under construction, situated between Krommenie and Assendelft in the Zaanstad municipality. The Zaan region’s water and greenery, combined with the estates’ bright colours, make Saendelft a popular and pleasant area to live. In the coming years 4,750 homes will be realized in Saendelft West, with great variations in style and price-range.
